Tribeca Oak in every finish

finish pairings for this door are being set up.

The door

Tribeca Oak is a shaker door with a flat recessed center panel, set inside a face frame so the door sits flush with the cabinet. It is part of TKG Inset, our framed, furniture-grade line.

The profile is plain and the detail is in the fit. Fine reveals and square edges make a run of cabinets read as joinery rather than boxes. A full overlay option is available if you want a different reveal.

Where it works

It suits transitional and traditional rooms. In a pre-war apartment, it sits comfortably beside plaster walls, picture rails and original millwork. In a brownstone, it fits parlor-floor and garden-level kitchens where the architecture already has a strong point of view.

In a new build, oak brings grain and warmth to drywall and clean detailing. In a loft, it softens steel, concrete and large windows. Long Island and Miami homes with traditional bones take it well too.

Choosing a finish

This door is offered in Michter Oak. With one finish, the decision is about what surrounds it: stone, tile, paint color and metal.

Look at the oak in your own light, at the time of day you use the room most. Browse finishes for context, or contact us to see a door sample.

Practical notes

Because the grain stays visible, no two doors match exactly. That variation is part of the look, so plan runs and islands with it in mind.

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry right away. Keep standing water away from edges and the sink base.

For hardware, unlacquered brass, blackened bronze and simple knobs or cup pulls all work. Browse more door styles to compare.

Lead time is 10–14 weeks. Pricing starts at $1200/LF, cabinetry only.
