The door

Multi Arch Seven is a mullion door with a glass center panel, built inset. The door sits flush inside a framed cabinet face, with an even reveal on every side. It belongs to TKG Inset, our furniture-grade framed collection.

In a room, it reads as a display cabinet rather than a kitchen unit. The divided glass adds depth and a little formality, and the arched mullion work gives the run a hand-built look.

Where it works in New York and Long Island

This door suits transitional and traditional interiors, which covers a lot of local housing. In a pre-war co-op, it echoes the glazed built-ins already in the dining room. In a brownstone, it sits comfortably against plaster, millwork and tall windows.

On Long Island, it fits colonials and Tudors, and it gives a new build some architectural character. In a loft, use it sparingly: a single run of glass uppers against quieter base doors.

Choosing a finish

The door is offered in Hard Maple, with 16 finishes. Wheat, Honey, Natural, Caramel and Toffee keep the wood warm and natural. Driftwood runs lighter, Saddle sits in the middle, and Black Coffee is the dark option for a more formal room.

See the full range on our finishes page.

Practical notes

Maple has a tight, even grain, and these finishes are stains, so the grain stays part of the look. Expect natural variation from door to door.

Clean with a soft damp cloth. Spray glass cleaner onto the cloth rather than the glass, so it doesn't run into the joints.

For hardware, simple knobs or slim bar pulls let the mullion lead. Heavily ornate pulls compete with it.

Lead time is 10–14 weeks. Pricing starts from $1200/LF, cabinetry only. Compare other profiles in door styles, or contact us to see a sample.
